Second guest bedroom also with queen bed,  Flat screen TV/DVD/VCR with Cable and full bathroom, that is shared with the 3rd guest bedroom.Third guest bedroom also with queen bed,  TV/DVD/VCR no Cable and full bathroom, that is shared with the 2nd guest bedroom. Full size bar on the entire bottom floor with seating for eight to ten, complete with

We provide all linens but your Beach Towels.

We have 14 beach chairs and 3 Umbrellas.

These rates MAY exclude holiday periods. Call for details. Always negotiable if we can.

* We aim for 5 Night Minimum however we try to fit in when possible in June, July and Aug.

Pet friendly.  Pet deposit is $200. There is a 65 dollar fee per pet.

Finally, we hope you choose to stay with us, however if it does not work, we hope we can refer you to other nice homes. Tybee is such a nice place to visit and we hope you come back.
